Product Description

The VID Fire-Kill Model CT low pressure fine water spray system is a Fixed Fire Suppression System developed for fire protection of cable tunnels.

By installing a Low Pressure Watermist System, the outbreak of the fire can be suppressed, controlled, and in most cases, extinguished before property or equipment is damaged. The system can easily be utilized in both new tunnels as well as existing.

 

 

Product Approval & Scope

Approval

The system has been tested and approved according to prEN 14972, part 11.

The testing has been witnessed by DnVGL, accredited 3 party certification body.

 

Scope

The Fire-Kill Model CT solution covers cable tunnels up to 3.75 m in height and with airflows up to 4.1 m/s in both open nozzle and automatic nozzle configuration.
